Eleanore (what a beautiful name) was one of the precious people who signed my autograph book at my graduation in June 1968. Here is her autograph. Eleanore wrote "Good luck in Roxborough (High School) crossing out Roosevelt (Junior High) but she was actually right the first time as that is where I ended up going for ninth grade to Roosevelt, just blocks away from my house.

I simply cannot say enough good things about Eleanore. Besides being a beauty, she was one of the nicest people I ever met in my life. She had a winning smile to offer always. Also the most truthful. One time I came to school in a shirt that was obviously not "up to snuff" and Eleanore told me "Your shirt looks like you slept in it." Well, you're best friends will tell ya, right? Eleanore if you ever read this-- much love to you.

Michael,

I was contacted by my local Chamber that Debbie (Pierce) Kennedy wanted to connect.

Thank you for the nice words. I have very fond memories of Jenks and our friendship. It’s funny, just last week I found myself singing the school song. I still connect with Wilma on Facebook but that’s about all.

I am married 40 years to denny, have 2 grown sons but as yet no grandchildren. I moved to our cabin the Poconos in 1983 while building a house across the road. In 2010 my Dad passed away and we downsized and moved back to the cabin. My Mom passed away in 87 and Dad had been living there since he moved up here in 1997.

The pictures of Mr. Giorno were great. He was a friend of my parents and, you might remember taught me, or I should say tried to teach me the accordion.

I will be looking through the website.

Warm regards,

Eleanore
