Michael Stevenson entry: back to top |
I have heard that Toby Rich is referred to by some as "The Mayor of Girard Avenue" speaking of the Girard Ave. area of Philadelphia. Toby was a Sargent or Lieutenant on the Safety Patrol. Toby distinguished himself by becoming one of the first Jenks students to appear on the "Seventeen Canteen" television program which was a "Top 40" dance show. Toby Rich was a founding member of Club B.O.S.S. |
