CREATION: * The Beginning of Time * |
4174BC 0000AA |
Adam/birth, Genesis 2:7 ---
The Creation of the first man sets the beginning of the "AA"
or "After Adam" count forward in time. It would have been the only means of
time keeping at the beginning of human history. Genesis 5:1
|
| | | |
The date 4174 BC is arrived upon retroactively after following the Biblical
trail of key timing verses that begin in Genesis chapter 5. These verses are traced
and calculated (added-up) forward through time until arriving at a major event in
recorded secular history, from which we can make a fix/link to the Roman/Gregorian
calendars. The fix selected for this work was the year 586BC when numerous historical
resources fix the date of Babylon's final invasion of Israel.

Joseph at age thirty, stands before Pharoah as an interpreter of dreams.
Joseph is placed in authority over all of Egypt. Genesis 41:46
This calculation is based on the date that Jacob-Israel descended into Egypt
after hearing that Joseph was alive. That date is a firm, fixed date. It
ocurred in the second year of the 7 years of famine. This was nine years
from the interpretation of Pharoah's dream by Joseph at age 30, fixing this
date as shown above. Also this date minus 30 years yields the birth date
of Joseph, and the date of his death, 110 years later. The point here is
that the date of Israel's descension into Egypt determines all of the dates
relevant to Joseph.

The Exodus of Israel from Egypt. [Exodus 12:41] This calculation
is based on the 430 years of Exodus 12:41 added to the year of
Israel's descension into Egypt.
Israel enters the Sinai and is fed manna from heaven and water
from the rock. At mount Sinai Moses receives the commandments
(LAW) of God (and incidentally... they number much higher than ten.)
But Israel, doubts YHVH God, and worships a golden calf -- the worst
act they could have possibly done.
The Tent of the Congregation, and the Tabernacle of the Tent are
constructed by men given wisdom by God to do so.

2nd Month, 20th day of the month; (Numbers 10:11)
For the first time since receiving the LAW of God, Israel moves
as an organized camp after the construction of the Tabernacle.
Israel moves from the Wilderness of Sinai to the Wilderness of Paran.
It is shortly after this time that Moses sends out spies from
Kadeshbarnea to the land of Canaan. Caleb is 40 years of age at this
time [Joshua 14:7}.
(Numbers 14:23-34 32:13)Israel wanders in the Wilderness 40 years because
of their sin in worshipping the golden calf at Mount Sinai and after having
tempted YHVH God ten times in disbelief. During this time all of those who
did so, from twenty years and older, died, and did not inherit the land of
Canaan. The time of wandering in the wilderness is based on the 40 days that
the spys of Israel searched out the land of Canaan.

Moses/death Deuteronomy 34:7
Moses disobeyed God in striking the rock that would provide water for
Israel instead of speaking to the rock. He was not allowed
to inherit the land for this reason. Notice that Moses being the law giver,
was not himself qualified under the law to enter into the promises of God,
showing that under the law... no man is. This is to say that no flesh will
be justified before God under the Law.

out by Moses to the land of Canaan, which took place in the second year
after the Exodus, (1334BC 2670AA). In general, this is the time many of
the lots were casts for the assignment of land to the 9-1/2 tribes of Judah.

KING-JUDAH:
JEHORAM (of Judah), son of Jehoshaphat, begins sole reign in Judah
[1st Kings 22:50]. This calculation is based in the 25 year reign of Jehoshaphat.
The problem of his beginning to reign in the "fifth year" of Jehoram (also spelled
Joram) of Israel falls within the co-regency period that aligns with the year
3269AA He began his reign at age 32, for eight years. Notice that the reference
verse [2nd Kings 8:16,17] seems to indicate Jehoshaphat is still alive. Jehoram
(of Judah) reigns in evil. [2nd Chron 21:1] He reigned in evil killing all of his
brothers and princes of Judah upon taking the throne.

his age was 42 years.

KING-ISRAEL:
JEHU (son of Jehoshaphat the son of Nimshi) begins reign in Israel.
BLOODBATH! Jehu kills King Jehoram (of Israel), 70 of the sons of Jehoram of Israel,
and all of his officers. He kills King Ahaziah of Judah, and all of his
brothers. Jehu kills all of the worshippers of Baal in Israel
[2nd Kings 8:26 chp.10:36]. Jehu reigned 28 years. This calculation is dated
by the fact that Ahaziah reigned one year only.
KING-JUDAH:
In Judah, Athaliah, mother of Ahaziah, kills all of his seed and assumes
the throne for six years.

KING-JUDAH:
Azariah (aka "Uzziah"), son of Amaziah begins reign in Judah. [2Kings 14:21]
He was sixteen years old. This is based on his coming to the
throne in the 27th year of Jeroboam, king of Israel. Apparently
there was a delay in getting Azariah to the throne. [2Kings 15:1]
Too young at the time of his father's death? Since he was only 16
years old at the time he was anointed king, that may have been the
reason for the delay. Azariah reigned 52 years.
