Michael Stevenson entry: back to top |
I think very fondly, when I remember Debbie Pierce. Debbie was a true Class Act.
I wish I had carried myself 1/2 as well as she did. She was very poised, calm,
collected, and in a dignified way, very cool.
I don't usually use that term however it serves to describe the smoothness with which Debbie interoperated with both class members and teachers. I mean the teachers loved her. We thought of her as one of us, which she of course was, but in a very classy type of way. The ability to be viewed so positively from both sides is the reason I admire her now, so much. Her class photo is very nice. In the coming days, God willing, I hope to tell one funny classroom story about Debbie and a homework assignment we suddenly received in Miss Finley's class one day. Debbie also signed my autograph book which I will always treasure. The warmest of greetings to you, Debbie.
